This week my outfits where inspired more so by the 90's and bright colors and fun accessories.

The Cardigan - I found this unique cardigan at the downtown thrift store in old town, I rarely go there, it’s called brand spank'in used. My roommate and I were shopping for our halloween costumes and right as I was saying "sometimes they put the coolest vintage stuff in the halloween section" I found this super cool Vintage Cardigan. I've been loving this lime color so much and Ive added so many lime colored things to my closet within the last year.

The Top - I found at Nordstrom Rack years ago for $9, it’s a Reformation top, it’s a perfect basic rib knit top. I love the silhouette of the bodice it’s low rise and perfect for showing off layered necklaces.

The Pants - Are Carharts are perfectly worn in from the welder that previously wore them, I love the fabric falling apart in specific places and the overall worn in feeling, the fit me perfectly as low rise jeans. They are the only light grey pants I own and they definitely dont go with everything but I thought a baggy pant is reminiscent of the 90s and baggy fitting jeans.

The Shoes - Are my Vetements sneakers I got from Shop UAL, They have a hint of lime in them so I thought they were perfect grey sneakers with the pants and while you can't see it in this photo they have a small pop of lime to tie in with the Cardigan.

The Necklaces -

The Pearl necklace is from my mom's closet, it’s a special piece to me and I love layering it when I can.

The Gold Necklace is from Jacquemus S/S 2020 collection, when I saw the runway collection this was one piece I knew I wanted immediately. It is a gold chain necklace with Jacquemus' signature le Chiquito bag. It wasn't insanely expensive It was a fun splurge that I waited 11 months to get once I preordered it.

This was my comfy school studying outfit I wore to the last week of school.

The Top - I found super randomly at Arc Thrift store and it has quickly become one of my favorite thrifted finds. I adore the color, the print, and the texture so so much. It’s a vintage BCBG Paris collection sweater. Argyle comes and goes in style every 20 years, and it’s currently in style and this will be the only argyle thing I own. It’s cashmere and so so soft, and warm on colder days.

The Jeans - These jeans are my Wrangler jeans that I've altered to fit me perfectly. They are so comfortable, and I love the flared jeans, and the rips in the knee.

The Shoes - Are my Common Projects, I wear them literally everyday I swear they are my comfiest shoes and they go with everything.

The Necklaces -

The oval pendant necklace is from a grailed seller it is a vintage Chanel pendant that I put on one of my mom's unique square chains.

The purse necklace is the same as the last post, my Jacquemus Le Chiquito necklace.

Another study outfit :)

The shirt - Is soooo dope!! Besides my Harley Davidson shirt that I thrifted I am obsessed with this Vintage Star Wars tee and I check to make sure it is still in my closet everyday. The last picture is from right after I found it at arc for $4!

The jeans - I got the same day as the shirt and the argyle sweater from the last post (honestly all three are my favorite thrift finds in a long time). They are the oldest vintage pair of Wranglers. They are super long which it’s hard to find jeans that fit long legs like mine. These are also the first only vintage jeans i've been able to find at Arc, I mostly find American eagle jeans from the 2010's which just aren't my style. They have the perfect turquoise wash which i've never had or seen a pair like that.

The Shoes and Necklaces are the exact same as the last post.

This outfit is so fun and reminds me of Brittany Spears or Paris Hilton from the early 2000s

The Jacket - is from Miaou, it’s a super unique magazine/receipt print jacket. I've struggled with how I was going to style it for the longest time but I finally found an outfit I really like!

The Top - is from Lisa Says Gah! it's my favorite baby tee (just meaning it’s tight fitting and cropped) I love how the pop of relish orange matches the red in the jacket.

The Pants - Are vintage white corduroy pants by Ralph Lauren. I rarely wear them because im always scared of getting white pants or denim dirty, so I tend to avoid them all together because I would be devastated if they got a stain on them I couldn't remove easily. I love love love the look of white pants and I thought they would pair perfectly with the rest of this look.

The Shoes - These are my thrifted Nike Dunks.

The Sweater - Is an Equipment sweater, it was a collab with model Kate Moss. I got it years ago at rags consignment. I absolutely am obsessed with the star print, and honestly forgot about it for a little while until I redid my sweater drawer. It’s cashmere and I love the feel of cashmere but it intimidates me because any wick of moisture can effect the modules in the fibers and change the feel of the fabric.

The Vest - Is an unbranded sweater vest I got in the mens section of the thrift store, I love the cobalt blue color and oversize fit.

The Hat - Is a faux shearling hat from Asos, I got it last winter. It’s oversized which oversized furry hats are coming into style this season.

The Pants - Are my leather pants I got at rags consignment, i've been wearing them more and more this season as It gets colder out.

The Shoes - Are my vintage Doc Martens I really love them with these pants and I just don't feel like they pair well with any of my blue denim jeans. So im sticking to wearing them only with these pants for now and maybe dresses when it gets nicer out again we will see!

This outfit I wore to Gifford for a fitting for one of the Senior's Design Capstone photoshoot!

The Skirt - is a Vintage wool midi Burberry Skirt, I love wearing it with an oversized shirt to dress down the designer print that is universally recognized. It’s a wonderful neutral plaid print and I love that it goes with most things.

The Top - Is my favorite Harley Davidson tee, enough said I wear it a lot :)

The Necklaces - Both necklaces are the exact same as my second and third outfit posted on this blog!

Call me your babushka

The Scarf - Is a gorgeous vintage silk scarf I found super randomly at my thrift store and something just drew me to it, it reminded me of a scarf my mom or grandma would've had laying on their dresser. I've been a big fan of silk scarves more over knit scarves. I rarely pick up scarves from the thrift store, this is the only one I ever have. I love the subtle pink and purple floral pattern and though it looked good tied around my hair like this.

The Top - Was a corset top I found at the thrift store right when they opened back up from the pandemic. It became a quarantine project because It was 4 sizes too big so I took in the sides so it fits me perfectly. I love the tone on tone floral embroidery and I think it pairs perfectly with the scarf.

The Sunglasses - Are Le Specs/Adam Selman collab sunglasses, I got them off Depop for $35 which is a steal for this collab collection by Le Specs, I love the blue frame and blue mirror lenses and I think cat eye sunglasses are so flattering on my face.

The Jeans - These are my favorite loose fitting jeans that have an asymmetrical button fly by Princess Polly. I love the light wash with the purple, pink and light blue tones in the rest of the outfit. I always pair oversized jeans with something more fitted on top unless I'm going for a super casual comfy look it balances best to have something loose fitting and something that accentuates your body.
