This outfit was a super comfortable around the house outfit.
The top is a vintage top from probably the 90's based on the tag. Its a perfect crop with shinny thread in it. It looks like a top you would find at H&M or Zara but i'm lucky to have found it and its actually vintage!
The pants are black trousers with buckles to adjust the waist, they're very comfy and fit me perfectly. I'm glad I bought them because I almost didn't, but I realized I didn't have a basic loose black pant/trouser at all so it was a good basic to add.
The turtleneck is a nike basic, I found it in the boys section of the thrift store, and it has a small nike swish on the turtleneck. I use it primarily for layering, but because it is an athletic shirt its get for wicking sweat and wearing under so many different things.
The crewneck is a treasured find, and my last time I went to the thrift store before lockdown. I found 3 incredible broncos crewneck on from 97' one from 99' and the other doesn't have a year on it, but its a similar style so I think its the same vintage. I found all 3 for $15 and I wear them all the time they are my favorite thing to wear for something super comfy.
The jeans are princess polly asymmetrical jeans, I love the loose fit of these and the wash, they are my most comfortable jeans and I lounge in the most times cause they're so comfortable.
The bag is a recent find from Mile High thrift, when I went there last week they had 6 coach bags, a Chanel bag, a Louis Vuitton bag, and a Burberry bag. Deciding whether they were authentic or not would've taken a while. but I snagged this vintage Coach bag thats a baguette style bag with an oversized buckle and so many pockets inside. I love the tone on tone monogram.
The Shoes are the same black booties I pretty much always wear from Kenneth Cole.
I envisioned this outfit in my head, and sometimes when I can picture things going together in my head it doesn't actually work when I try them on. Although I really love this outfit!
The Top is from a brand called mother, they're typically known for their denim, but I came across this crewneck at Rags in Boulder 4 years ago and loved it. Which was ironic cause I remember at the time hating checkered print but once I saw this top it kinda clicked in my head why people like checker print.
The dress I layered over the top is a vintage slip dress from the thrift store, I love the see through fabric at the top and how it shows a subdued checkered print through it. The only downside of buying thrifted slip dresses is most of the ones I find were either not cut properly when it was made, or wasn't washed correctly by the previous owner. Most of the slip dressed I have found in result of this are warped and kind of weirdly drape around the body where you go to tug the bottom corner and it adjusts the top in a diagonal. I still love it though and I love how it looks layered with this crewneck to make it warmer for Autumn.
The shoes I found at buffalo exchange in Denver before it closed permanently. In the third picture you can see an up close picture of them. They are from a Korean brand called Modern Alchemist, I'm not familiar with Korean brands at all, but I was so intrigued by these, they have square block heel with a black upper and a while leather on the heel, and a strap that has the brand name on it. I feel like they work really well with the checkered top, making a cohesive black and white outfit. http://modernalchemistshoes.com/product/list_season.html

This outfit is something I wanna wear so badly, I just dont anywhere to wear it at the moment.
The Jacket is from the thrift store, the most perfect vintage leather blazer.
The dress is another lingerie slip dress, I put another dress under it but I love the pink color, I dont really have much pink in my closet at all so I thought this dress would be perfect addition and Ill probably wear it a lot more when it gets warmer out.
